* IIBEC and OBEC members are individuals rather than corporations. To qualify for the member rate, this contract must be associated with a current IIBEC or OBEC member employed by the exhibiting Company. Employee’s member number must be included on the application.

SHIPPING - Customs Broker – Cross Connect Customs & Event Logistics has been appointed the OFFICIAL TRANSPORT CARRIER, CUSTOMS BROKER and ADVANCE WAREHOUSE for the 2024 IIBEC / OBEC BES taking place in Toronto, CANADA. Download manual here.
To ensure that your materials arrive “on time” in the most cost-efficient manner we suggest that you contact Cross Connect for advice on the best way to ship to/from the event. Cross Connect, in conjunction with IIBEC, have registered our event with the CBSA Conventions Program so special duty-free and tax-free privileges have been granted for our event. As the official Customs Broker for the event, Cross Connect is authorized to use these special privileges when clearing your shipments into Canada.
Shipments must arrive to the warehouse between the following dates only: August 23, 2024 – September 23, 2024. A 30% surcharge will be applied to shipments received outside this window.
